Terms & Conditions
SESSION FEE: The session fee is non-refundable and is required to book your shoot.
BALANCE DUE: Your balance is due at the end of your session. We accept cash and bank transfers.
RESCHEDULING: We offer one complimentary reschedule per session provided you give us 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduled sessions must be made within 60 days of your original date.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice is considered a cancellation and your session fee is forfeited.
If you need to reschedule a second time, your original session fee will be forfeited.
RESCHEDULING (WEATHER): If conditions prevent us from shooting outside, we’ll move to our studio. If in-studio doesn’t fit our creative direction, we’ll reschedule. Location and weather-related rescheduling are at the discretion of the photographer.
LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS: Late arrivals to your session will result in less shooting time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we consider it a no-show, your session will be cancelled and your session fee is forfeited. Failure to attend your session, it will be considered cancelled, and your session fee will be forfeited.
RESHOOTS & REFUNDS: We do not offer reshoots, revisions or refunds other than for technical failures or malfunctions that prevent us from delivering the agreed-upon number of images
YOUR IMAGES: Proofs (i.e., edited images with watermark) will be sent via the online gallery 10-14 days after your session balance is paid. They will be available for 90 days from your shooting date. Once you’ve made your selections and paid for any additional images or services, you’ll receive your retouched, high-resolution images within 10-14 days. Proofs are not included with your package but may be purchased as an add-on.
IMAGE ARCHIVING: While we do retain an extensive archive of the photos we’ve taken (both RAW and edited) we can’t guarantee your images will remain on file once you’ve downloaded them. So, please, protect your investment by backing up your images to at least one external hard drive and/or cloud service.
RETOUCHING: The following retouching is included in your package: lens correction, colour correction, exposure balancing, removal of stray hairs from the skin, and removal of non-permanent marks on the skin (such as mild acne). Additional retouching beyond these items may incur an additional fee. We WILL NOT alter, enhance or otherwise distort your body or face in any way.
FOR PARENTS OF YOUTH CLIENTS: We require a parent or guardian to be present for all shoots with kids under 18 years old.
SOCIAL MEDIA: You’re welcome to post your FINAL images to social media. Please refrain from sharing or posting proof images or screenshots, as they are not the final product and may impact the quality and reputation of our work.
STANDARD MODEL RELEASE: When you work with us, you automatically grant us the right to use and publish all photographs, pictures, portraits or images captured in any and all forms of media (known and in the future) and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, including those generated by artificial intelligence, for the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (in both hard and soft formats) and any lawful uses as we may determine. By agreeing to these terms you acknowledge you have the right to do so and indemnify us of any litigation arising out of such use.
SOME MORE LEGALESE ABOUT INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY: If we can't shoot your session due to fire or casualty, strike, act of God or other cause beyond our control or due to the photographer’s illness or emergency, we'll return your session fee without any further liability.
This limitation of liability also applies in the event photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on our part. All talent and guardians release TAG Baby Studio (TAG Visual Media Ltd) and all affiliated persons and all location owners of any liability, injury or damage that may happen during the photo shoot.
